The Artist Creates Her Life With Her Boyfriend In Funny And Sometimes NSFW Comics

Esther González started drawing webcomics a year before, after realizing that she was not happy with her office job. However, the 31-year-old from Spain has been interested in drawing from a very young age.

When I was little, I always copied animals or any other drawing that fascinated me, especially related to Disney, the artist told Bored Panda. At around age 11, I discovered Calvin and Hobbes and started taking the comics more seriously. When I first saw these comics, I was in the dentist’s waiting room. There were a lot of them and this made me go out there. More fun. I must also confess that I was the one who rip-ped all these comics from the magazines. Haha, sorry, at least I still have them and love them.

The artist continues to create comics because she loves being able to tell stories and provoke reactions through this medium. “It was a new world of possibilities for me,” Esther said she is mainly inspired by her daily life, movies, cartoons, and other comics.

While many artists are digital, Esther is in no rush to join them. First I start to draw by hand with a pencil on paper and then I color with the ratings and markers.  that, I erase the “pencil” and “scan” it. I end up using a tablet and Photoshop to correct any errors and color.

The best thing is to be able to spread your ideas and messages and see what makes someone smile.
